Pictured is Eitan Musafi with his Ice Cream Scooter. Driving down Kings Highway I noticed this ice cream scooter. I haven't seen anything like this around in Myrtle Beach before and thought this would be a good picture so I followed him to a Public Beach Access Parking lot and took a picture.
