This picture was taken during the Sun Fun Festival 2009. Jason Earles (Jackson Stewart) of Hannah Montana was present for signing autographs for free. There was a huge line, that literally was about 2.5 hours long. His line along with Blake Lewis of American Idol fame were the longest of the celebrities signing autographs.
